HIPERFUSION LLC · POLICIES
Terms of service
The ground rules for using our website and connecting your HiperEmployee installation to our hosted services.
Last updated: September 8, 2026
1. Provider and scope
HiperEmployee is provided by HiperFusion LLC. These terms cover the HiperEmployee website and HiperFusion-operated connection services. By using those services, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
Your applicable written order, software license, support agreement, and data-processing agreement govern the commercial product and take precedence over these general terms if they conflict. This website does not itself grant a software license or replace an agreed contract.
2. Your installation and authority
You are responsible for the accounts, systems, data, and permissions you connect; your installation’s security and backups; and the authority, schedules, budgets, and model/tool settings you assign to employees. Only provide information you are entitled to process and only authorize actions you are entitled to take.
AI employees are software, not human employees or licensed professional advisers. Outputs may contain errors or omissions. Choose review requirements appropriate to the work and verify important results before relying on them. Product descriptions do not guarantee revenue, awards, accuracy, regulatory compliance, or a particular business outcome.
3. Google and other connected services
Connecting Google Drive is optional and requires Google account authorization. The managed connection enables your installation to obtain access for the permitted workflow without receiving HiperFusion’s Google client secret. Google and other providers retain control over their services, permissions, availability, quotas, and account restrictions.
You may disconnect an employee’s Drive connection and revoke the app’s access in your Google Account. Disconnecting does not remove existing Drive exports or local records. See our privacy policy for data handling and deletion requests.
Provider charges, infrastructure, model usage, implementation, and support are included only when your written order says so. A connection or advertised integration does not grant a license to a third-party service.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the services for unauthorized access, fraud, unlawful surveillance, infringement, malware, or other unlawful activity. Do not bypass another organization’s permissions, impersonate people without authorization, or interfere with the service. Respect connected providers’ rules and the rights of people whose data you process.
5. Your content and our software
You retain your rights in the information and materials you provide. You authorize the processing and transmission reasonably needed to perform the workflows and support you request. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to HiperFusion. Rights to HiperEmployee software, branding, and other HiperFusion materials remain governed by applicable law and your software license.
6. Availability, changes, and access
Services may be interrupted by maintenance, security incidents, or third-party changes. We may limit or suspend hosted access to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a breach of these terms, subject to your applicable agreement. No service-level commitment, refund entitlement, or warranty beyond applicable law is created by marketing descriptions; consult your written order and license for those terms.
We may update these terms and will identify the update date here. Changes do not override an existing signed agreement without the agreement or other authority required by that contract. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
